Kristen M. Ross
Ms. Ross' practice focuses on landlord-tenant law, including unlawful detainer, wrongful eviction and habitability actions, as well as personal injury, employment, contract disputes and business litigation.
Ms. Ross earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal and was a member of the Hastings Moot Court Competition Team.
Prior to joining Bracamontes & Vlasak, Ms. Ross gained hands-on litigation experience as an associate at a small San Francisco law firm. Ms. Ross also gained invaluable experience as a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California and as a law clerk for the San Mateo County Counsel's Office and Bay Area Legal Aid.
