Michael R. Bracamontes
Mr. Bracamontes has emphasis in landlord-tenant law, including unlawful detainers, move-in evictions, wrongful evictions, Anti-SLAPP motions, and Ellis Act evictions. Aside from helping tenants enforce their rights under the San Francisco, Oakland, and Berkeley Rent Ordinances, Mr. Bracamontes also focuses on civil litigation for plaintiffs, such as employment law, elder abuse, lemon law and consumer fraud actions, as well as business advising, contracts, and litigation.
Mr. Bracamontes earned his Juris Doctor degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, where he worked at the Worker's Rights Clinic and was a member of the La Raza Law Journal.
